The Mail Services Department receives, sorts, and distributes the mail for all of Georgetown University. As the department evolves alongside the transforming industry, we are in the process of modernizing student package distribution on campus in order to improve the student experience. Beginning Fall 2021, smart lockers were installed to allow students to retrieve packages 24 hours a day in three convenient locations across Main Campus.
NOTE: The risk of Covid-19 transmission from handling mail and packages is low; however, individuals receiving mail and packages should wash their hands thoroughly after handling mail or packages.
