Faculty Housing

Georgetown University manages a portfolio of 17 townhouses and apartments which are leased to faculty members on an annual basis. The lease term generally runs from July 1 to June 30. These units are prioritized for new tenure-track faculty hires. Leasing of these units commences in March each year.
