Faculty/Staff Mail and Package FAQ
The Leavey Mail Room is located in the North Gallery of the Leavey Center next to Royal Jacket.
Move-in 2024 Leavey Mail Room – Extended Hours of Operation (Thursday, August 22, 2024 – Monday September 16, 2024)
Mailroom
Monday through Friday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm (Mail and package pickup)
Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Sunday: Closed
Ballroom Package Pick-up
Monday through Friday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00am – 2:00pm (go to mailroom for ballroom package assistance)
Saturday August 24, 2024 (Convocation): 12:00pm – 3:00pm

Package Delivery and Pickup
When requesting delivery of a package directly to your office or campus location, please make sure to use the following addressing:
