Real Estate
The Real Estate Office oversees Georgetown University’s real estate operations, both on and off campus. Besides the Main Campus and Capitol Campus, the University operates out of several other locations in the DMV area, NYC, Seattle and overseas, all of which fall under the purview of the Real Estate Office.
The office works with departments and schools to identify and fulfil space needs, manage leasing and acquisitions processes with internal as well as external clients and manages a portfolio of faculty housing. The team works closely with Facilities Management, Capital Projects, Residential Living and various Department Heads to provide seamless services to various constituents.
